The service

How it works in practice

As wealth grows more complex, the work of overseeing it grows too. Our family-office services help families and existing family offices maintain oversight: consolidating information from multiple custodians, supporting investment governance, and coordinating the professionals who serve the family.

We can act as an extension of an existing family office or provide selected services to families who do not wish to establish one of their own.

Suitability

May be suitable for

  • Single-family offices seeking independent investment oversight
  • Families with assets held across several banks, structures and countries
  • Trustees and boards requiring consolidated, consistent reporting

Suitability is always assessed individually before any service is provided.

Potential benefits

What clients may value

  • Consolidated reporting

One coherent view of holdings, performance and costs across custodians.

  • Governance support

Help establishing investment committees, policies and decision-making frameworks.

  • Adviser coordination

A single point of contact to keep specialists aligned with family priorities.

Important risks and limitations

Please consider the following

  • Consolidated reports rely on data from third parties and may contain delays or inaccuracies.
  • Oversight services do not remove the investment risks of the underlying assets.
  • Responsibility for decisions remains as set out in the agreed service terms.

The value of investments can fall as well as rise, and investors may receive back less than they invested. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

The process

How the process works

  1. Step 1: Scope

We understand the family’s structures, advisers and reporting needs.

  2. Step 2: Design

We propose the services, governance and reporting that fit.

  3. Step 3: Onboard

We connect data sources and agree responsibilities with existing advisers.

  4. Step 4: Operate

We deliver reporting and support governance meetings on an agreed cycle.

  5. Step 5: Evolve

We review arrangements as the family and its wealth change.
